The hotel has stunning, old-fashioned decor and spacious rooms with great facilities. The air conditioning was excellent, which was a relief in the hot July weather. The terrace provided a beautiful view of the Principal plaza and port. The location next to the train station made it convenient for exploring the Liguria area. The restaurant, Tralalero, had delicious food at reasonable prices.

Felt like absolute royalty, with no complaints whatsoever.

This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities, including a spa centre and sun terrace. We were pampered with excellent service from the friendly staff who fulfilled our every need. the room advantages, including the comfortable beds and well-stocked minibars, added to the unforgettable experience. The location advantages with its easy access to the city's main metro station and shopping centres made for a convenient stay. Cons: While our stay was amazing, we would have appreciated more options for special diet menus. This minor issue did not significantly detract from our stay, however. this hotel provided a five-star luxury experience that we will never forget.

The hotel is gorgeous with amicable staff, breakfast is marvellous, incredible location next to a major railway station. The room is fashionable and neat with exceptionally comfortable bed.

Everything here was great, and the weather was pleasant, appreciated it. The location was magnificent, not too far away from Spianata Castelletto. Pastries and bacon were delightful and overall there was plenty of food.

Located just across the road from the central train station, this lovely hotel offers a great location for exploring the city. The comfortable bed with good linens and pillows provided a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was a standout, with a wide selection of hot and cold options, including freshly made omelettes. The bar area was also a highlight, perfect for enjoying a drink and trying the local wine.

The hotel seemed to be understaffed in certain areas, leading to slow service at the cocktail bar and in the restaurant.

A well-maintained hotel, my first choice in Genoa. Attentive staff, quick check-in and delightful bar. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as pastries and bacon. Excellent service and an nice pool onsite.

We loved the hotel's architectural features, the excellent bartenders at the bar, the amazing breakfast with great variety, the convenience of being close to Principe station, the great views from the roof terrace, the period design of the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel with lovely decorations. The room was spacious and filled with amenities. The location was convenient, close to the train station and easy to find. We had a great time relaxing before continuing our journey. we highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the warm and cute reception I received at the front desk. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home right from the start. the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to the train station and within walking distance of many of the city's attractions. This made it convenient for me to explore Genoa without any hassle. the room was not only spacious but also modern and comfortable, providing me with a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Stayed here for Easter trip to Cinque Terre. Good value, comfortable hotel with welcoming reception. Great shower in good rooms. Perfect location for train station and airport. Walkable to city centre and waterfront. Good restaurant for fine dinner, also good value Trattoria for set lunch. Rich choice breakfast. Wifi good.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the places we wanted to visit and with easy access to transportation. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room service was not up to par. We ordered a meal that arrived cold and not as described on the menu.

Excellent location and beautiful, spacious rooms. The hotel spa is a good treat, with warm baths, saunas, and aromatic teas. The breakfast buffet is great with an omelette station and fresh fruits/desserts. I highly recommend this hotel.
